A note on safety
My daughter has celiac disease, so I run this kitchen the way our family has to live. There is no wheat flour in the house, my ingredients are gluten-free, and I do not take chances with cross-contamination. The bread and rolls contain none of the major allergens; the bagels contain milk and eggs. Everything comes labeled with the full ingredient list, and my home kitchen is registered with Cook County. If your family avoids other allergens, ask when you order and I will read you the label of anything I use.
