How to order

There is no online cart here, and that is on purpose. Everything is baked to order, so ordering works the way it does at any small bakery: you tell me what you want, and I bake it for you.

1. Decide what you would like

Have a look at the bread, bagels and rolls pages. Mixing an order is always fine, and if you are not sure, ask me what is coming out of the oven this week.

2. Call, text or message me

Text is fastest: send your list to 773-814-1622, or message the GF Bread Delights page on Facebook. I confirm the price and the next baking day, usually the same day you write.

3. Pick it up fresh

Your order comes out of the oven the morning of pickup, packaged and labeled with full ingredients. We arrange a time and place in the Chicago area that works for both of us.

Ready when you are

Please order at least one day ahead. Larger orders welcome with a few days' notice.
