Pickup
Everything is baked in our dedicated gluten-free home kitchen. Pickup is in the Chicago area, and we arrange the time and place when you order.
When to order
Please order at least one day ahead, since everything is baked fresh for you. For larger orders, a few days' notice lets me plan a bake around it.

Questions I get a lot
Is everything really 100% gluten-free?
Yes. Everything is baked in a dedicated gluten-free home kitchen with gluten-free ingredients. No wheat flour has ever been in it. This started because of my own celiac daughter, so I treat cross-contamination the way a celiac family has to: zero tolerance.
What is in the bread and bagels?
The bread and rolls: rice flour, potato starch, buckwheat starch, corn starch, psyllium seed fiber, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax), water, gluten-free yeast, salt and avocado oil. They contain none of the major allergens. The bagels are a different dough: gluten-free flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt and an egg wash, so they contain milk and eggs. Every package is labeled with the full list, the weight and the allergens.
What about other allergies?
Everything is baked on shared equipment in one kitchen, so any item may contain traces of seeds. My home kitchen is registered with Cook County and every product carries the Illinois home-kitchen disclosure on its label. If your family manages allergies beyond gluten, tell me when you order and I will read you the label of anything I use.
How far ahead should I order?
At least one day, because everything is baked fresh to order and nothing sits on a shelf. For bigger orders, like a party or a week of school lunches, a few days' notice helps.
How should I store it?
It keeps soft at room temperature for two to three days in its bag. For longer, slice the loaf and freeze it. Slices go straight into the toaster and taste fresh-baked.
Do you deliver or ship?
Right now I do local pickup in the Chicago area, arranged when you order. If you are nearby, ask, and sometimes we can work something out.
